Marlon , and Will are angels on earth who were able to save the day ! This location is always clean, efficient, parking is plentiful and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you have any issues with your tires you should definitely come in to Pep Boys they are the best! Thank you Marlon!!!

I brought my car here because of a tire issue, they were able to fix my tire but also pointed out other issues my car had. They had my car for almost two weeks and helped me so much with explaining everything that was wrong with it. Ultimately, I decided to trade in that used car for something more reliable but I was so appreciative for the employees at this location who helped me come to that conclusion. The mechanic was super knowledgeable and the manager was always around to ask questions and get his opinion on my options. I’d recommend people to go here.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys⁠ on North Main Street in Providence! Marlon was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. What impressed me most was his honesty and willingness to explain what services I actually needed versus what I simply wanted. Didn’t put a lug nut back on. Drove 500 miles before I discovered this. No follow up about what other service I might need. Called about lug nut blamed it on trainees. Have not received a call back about putting the lug nut on. Update 4/17/26. Have called 3 to 4 times with NO return call. Today I called again ans was told that the manager stated that he talked to me and my HUSBAND today. My husband died 10 years ago. I’m done with this nonsense.
